Principal Responsibilities

We have an immediate opening for the position of Administrator/Office Support to join our busy office in Bartlemy, Co. Cork. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the company and therefore must portray an excellent impression of the company in manner, attitude, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Responsibilities include:
• Placing and following up on orders, checking prices, maintaining, and updating databases
• Requesting payments and general admin. support ensuring services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
• Maintaining a well organised phone and email service, managing all incoming correspondence, and providing overall support for the office

Key skills

Candidates should be:
• Self-directed, proactive, ability to take initiative with excellent project management & time management skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks & problem-solve
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly proficient in MS Office and generally tech savvy
• Enthusiastic and eager to assist in all areas of the office to ensure efficiency
• Aware of maintaining confidentiality & the use of discretion

Desired Skills

• Accounts experience a distinct advantage
