TVM may collect and process your personal data provided by you for the purposes of providing career opportunities.  This information will only be processed and retained in line with our privacy policy.  TVM accepts that you do not wish your personal data, including your CV, to be forwarded to any client company without your prior consent and gives an absolute assurance that this wish will be respected at all times.  Should you wish to withdraw or amend your consent or if you have any queries/complaints you may email us at privacy@tvm.ie.

To enable the submission of your CV, I need to inform you of the following items related to GDPR.

Please note your personal data is very important to us and the principles outlined in our privacy policy will always be applied. In adherence with our privacy policy we will require your written consent in order to process your information.

• We will retain your CV on our database which will be searchable based on your criteria
• We will retain your CV in line with our retention policy
• We will not share this information with third parties without contacting you first (unless required by law)
• We will contact you with relevant roles
• We may contact you to request up to date information

We will not process your information in any other manner without obtaining your prior consent.
