Tara Brown

Tara joined TVM in 2019 as HR Business Partner, having an extensive background in HR, finance and operations. Tara is an associate member of CIPD and is highly experienced in all aspects of organisational strategy, succession planning and performance management. Tara’s self-motivation and organisational skills allow her to handle multiple projects at once all while engaging with management on the strategic plan of the company and providing support to employees. Tara is responsible for all employee training, as well as HR policies and procedures.
